Intandem Solutions emanated from a vision more than 55 years ago that people with disabilities had the ability to be contributing members of society and valuable, dedicated workers.
The Rehabilitation Center, now Intandem, a nonprofit agency in rural Western New York, embraced that vision and methodically brought it to life. Initially, our focus was on repetitive assembly and salvage work; however, our workforce and its capabilities grew quickly. What started as a small group of people working out of a shared space has evolved into a workforce of more than 200 people that play an integrated role with its customers and operates from three locations throughout the greater Western New York region.
Intandem Solutions operates a social enterprise model and continues to be driven by a dual mission that focuses on achieving excellence, maximizing quality, efficiency and value for our customers while prioritizing the creation of jobs for people who have faced adversity and barriers in securing employment.
